SHOW RESPECT
In our house, we take responsibility and respect fellow residents and staff. We protect the right to privacy and personal safety.
CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF
Common areas and facilities are available to everyone. We expect you to leave them in the same condition as you found them. Everyone should be able to enjoy the common areas.
KEEP YOUR PROMISES
You are part of a community. Community comes with obligations. We expect you to participate and contribute to the community.
SPEAK KINDLY AND LAUGH A LOT
Arguments and bullying are unacceptable in The House. We are polite, use good manners and behavior, and are good at forgiving.
ZERO TOLERANCE
No overnight guests. No smoking of any kind in the house. No alcohol or drugs. No pets in the house. No violence or threats – zero tolerance means immediate eviction.
GUESTS ARE WELCOME
You are welcome to have guests visit, just inform staff about the visit. Guests may only stay in your room or in common areas. No guests after 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 PM on weekends.
QUIETNESS CREATES SAFETY
There must be quiet in the house from 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM on weekends. Everyone needs a good night’s sleep.
HELP IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE
Staff at the house are available between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. For urgent help, please contact 5190 0991 outside office hours.
